On board products: Three years
Other products: Two years |

| 2. Repair |

Repair free of charge
• Within guaranty period
• Failure ETA should be evidently responsible for, such as designing and production related failure even if it occurs after guaranty period |

Repair at customer's cost
• After guaranty period free of charge
• Due to improper handling such as falling down, shocking and use against specification
• Due to flood, fire and natural disaster
• Overhaul: Change unusable old parts for repair
• Products modified, manufactured and repaired by other party ETA doesn't request. |

As to the next cases, ETA will contact customers for discussion.
• Repair cost is more than product price due to damaged or unusable conditions of product
• ETA can't guaranty reliability of repaired product.
• ETA can't find repair parts due to their production stop. |

| 3. How to request ETA to repair? |
| |
Please request Sales Office or Sales person of ETA with indication of details showing use and failure such as input, load, operating temperature, frequency of use and time of purchase. |

| 4. Sending Cost |
| |
Sender (Customer or ETA) should pay carriage cost. Please send us product in good conditions of packing for carriage. |

| 5. Period of Repair / Guaranty of Repaired Product |

ETA would complete repair within two weeks upon receipt of product.
Your detailed explanation on conditions of use and failure as indicated in No. 3 above is helpful for quick and accurate repair.
Guaranty of repaired product is limited to repaired function and its quality for within three months after repair. |
